Electronic filing via MOS
From 27 April 2026, applications are filed only online through the MOS system (mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl) with a profil zaufany signature. We prepare the application and go through the filing together with you; you visit the office only once — for biometrics by appointment.

We track the progress of the review, keep documents up to date, respond promptly to requests from the authorities, and keep you informed through the platform.

Obtaining the Karta Pobytu
We notify you of a positive decision and advise on next steps: renewal, EU residency.
Documents for application
The basic document package differs significantly for each type of residence permit. The full set depends on your situation: the grounds for the residence permit, your position, the type of contract, the method of confirming income, place of residence, insurance, and other factors.
